Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, but by setting up an account, you become a MLTECH member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also ne account to receive member exclusive benefits and accumulate MLTECH points for your purchases.

Why should I order online?

If you order through our membership account system, you do get accumulative points, discounts, and more benefits for every order you make.

Can I get a discount?

If you are a MLTECH member and has met our membership requirements, Yes, we do offer discount for our registered MLTECH members.

Do you offer free sample to test?

If you are a MLTECH member and has met our membership requirements, Yes, we do offer samples for our member.

What’s your return and refund policy?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please note Maitland Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to refuse all return.

Is your price negotiable?

Our price is negotiable depending on the quantity of your orders. However, we do not offer agent or distributor option. For dealership, please send emails for details.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order status is unpaid, you can cancel your payment anytime with notification. Otherwise, after payment, orders cannot be canceled.

How do I track my order?

Users can track order status via MLTECh membership account system. You will be able to view all your order details and history in your MLTECH account anytime when your order is updated. If you placed an order without a MLTECH account, please email us at order@maitlandtech.com for tracking your orders.
